Jim McDonald is a creative executive with of over 25 years of experience in all levels of creative story development, production, brand strategy, all media metrics, and sponsorship activation. He’s developed and led marketing platforms for IBM, Dubai Tourism, Daimler Chrysler, Johnson & Johnson, The Hartford, Visa Olympic & FIFA programs, Gillette, and served as CMO for the US Paralympics. 

With an extensive background in content strategy, creative development, production, social media marketing, and digital distribution, Jim solves the brand problem using every available solution. 

Jim began his storytelling career as a Standup Comic and continues to write TV Series & Feature Screenplays.

Michael is a seasoned creative/strategic consultant and business leader. His experience includes award winning work for Google, IBM, Amazon/Audible, HTC, Virgin, Apple, EMI, Sony, Samsung, Bank Of America, Qualcomm, Chevron, Exxon, GM, Toyota, Walmart, Concord Music Group, Warner Bros., Gap, Intel, HP, Microsoft, Emirates Airline, MasterCard, Visa, and J&J/DePuy Synthes, creating innovative creative, platforms, products, campaigns and digital services.

As an evangelist for the creative application of new technology, Michael has lectured at UC Berkeley, The NYU School of Professional Studies and The Stanford Business School. He has been a judge for the NY Times BigAdGig competition and a featured speaker at Ad:Tech, CES, OnMedia and OMMA conferences regarding new creative technologies & processes, content & development and new business models for digital media.

Michael is also a prolific musician and producer, who is always creating new music.
